BFP — Bhutanese Football Perth

Privacy Policy · Last updated 25 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the BFP (Bhutanese Football Perth) mobile app and its website handle information. BFP is a community app for the Western Australian Bhutanese football league.

Information we collect

People who just view the app (fixtures, scores, tables, stats) do not need an account and we do not collect any personal information from them. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking.

Scorers and administrators who log in provide a name, an email address, and a password. Passwords are stored only in a securely hashed form and are never readable by us. This information is used solely to let authorised people record match data.

Match information

The app displays sports information about the league — teams, players, fixtures, scores and match statistics. Player names shown are those entered by league organisers for the purpose of running the competition.

How information is used

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where data is stored

Data is stored on a private server hosted in Australia. Reasonable measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and hashed passwords, are used to protect it.

Data retention & deletion

Scorer/admin accounts are kept while they are active in the league. If you are a scorer or admin and want your account or personal details removed, contact us using the details below and we will remove them.

Children

The app shows publicly relevant sporting information about a community league and is not directed at collecting personal data from children. Player names are managed by league organisers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above will change when we do.
